RusChemAlliance LLC is a special purpose company for implementation of the construction project for the gas processing plant within Ust-Luga ethane-rich gas processing cluster (Kingisepp district of Leningrad region, Russia).

Design processing capacity of the gas plant is 45 bln cubic meters of ethane-rich natural gas received from Gazprom gas transmission system.

Performance targets
45 bcmaethane-containing gas processing capacity per annum
up to 3.8 mtpaethane fraction (C2) production
≈ 13.0 mtpaLNG (C1) production
up to 0.1 mtpapentane-hexane fraction (С5+) production
up to 1.7 mtpaLPG (С3-С4) production
≈ 19.5 bcmasales gas (С1) production
